Cancellation Policy

When you book we will ask you for credit card/debit card number and expiry date to secure the booking. We will only use this card in the event of a late cancellation.

Policy for a booking of 1-2 rooms - The hotel will accept the cancellation without penalty up to 48 hours before your arrival. This is defined as being before 4pm (the hotels check-in time) on the day before you are due to stay.

Policy for a booking of 3-5 rooms - The hotel will accept your cancellation without penalty up to 7 days before your arrival. This is defined as being before 4pm (the hotels check-in time) 7 days before you are due to stay.

Policy for a booking of 6-10 rooms - The hotel will accept your cancellation without penalty up to 21 days before your arrival. This is defined as being before 4pm (the hotels check-in time) 21 days before you are due to stay.

In the case of a no show, cancellation or early check out, outwith the defined above policies no refund will be made.

PLEASE ADVISE US IMMEDIATELY IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR ALTER YOUR BOOKING IN ANY WAY
Failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance of the above conditions. All amendments or cancellations must be made in writing, canceling by telephone is not acceptable. We respectfully remind guests that a reservation made verbally or in writing, constitutes a legal contract between themselves and Buccleuch & Queensberry Hotel.
